On February 20th, Second Cup along with CultureLink, Elvis Stojko and Harbourfront Centre hosted a Welcome to Canada Skating Party for new Canadians. They needed something that would help their staff stay warm and stand out during the event. Some colourful toques and scarves certainly did the trick!
